Thanks for all the attention! This app has an image tool that can match your Balloon Boy layers to the overall tone and exposure of your background photo. Each added balloon layer can have adjustments made in Brightness, Contrast, Hue, Saturation, and Sharpness. For night time scenes, darken the balloon and give it a blueish tint – this will work very well. Most images can be made to match. It just requires a little thought.

Add as many layers as you want.

Think ahead, and then attempt to create the concept in your mind. It's surprising how things can come out.
